Based in Godavarikhani, Karimnagar, Telangana, Prashanth has been drawn to business since childhood. With his father’s guidance, he began his entrepreneurial journey at 20 with a small-scale enterprise and has since expanded into the motor industry, investments in liquor stores, and real estate. As Chairman, he brings hands-on experience, determined ambition, and a clear vision to grow P Square into a diversified enterprise across many more sectors.

Bathini

Praveen holds a bachelor’s degree from Jharkhand Rai University and a master’s degree from Saint Louis University in the USA. As Director, he is excited to support the Chairman’s vision and contribute his education, global perspective, and commitment to helping P Square grow with purpose.
